· Transitioning illegal “galamsey” miners into regulated legal practices.
- We are making sure the youths who are into galamsey are well organized and train with good provisions to do the mining rightly.
· Ensuring mining profits benefit local communities directly.
- Not like other mining companies in villages that don’t help develop the communities they mine in, The Nsuapemso Cooperative mining Team is to ensure that high share gain from the mining business is use in developing the communities.
